Signature Pizzas
Our signature dough is made right here in the restaurant. We use it to hand make your pizza just for you. It can be a deep dish or traditional thin crust.
Although we do have our signature pizzas which are ingredients we feel work very well together, if there's something you would prefer we can always make that for you as everything we do is handmade for you.
The Philly
Hand cooked steak, ground beef, in house caramelized onions, hand grated cheese blend of Cheddar, Asiago, Monterey Jack and Parmesan with a bbq sauce.
The Meat King
This is THE PIZZA that was featured on The Food Network on 'You Gotta Eat Here!' Made with pepperoni, sausage, ground beef and our in house tomato sauce. Approximately 90% of people add our Classic Dragon Drizzle on top to perfect the enjoyment of eating this pizza.
The Deluxe
A classic deep dish experience with a 50/50 split of meat and vegetables the deluxe is wildly popular. Our pepperoni and sausage are local and made at the same butcher shop so their flavours go very well together. Add in our oven roasted mushrooms and freshly cut green peppers along with our tomato sauce and it's no wonder people love this pizza.
Pappy's
A lovely combination of our cooked chicken, crumble bacon, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers and barbeque sauce. The Classic Dragon Drizzle works incredibly well on this pizza as it has a roasted red pepper base in it. However, those who enjoy spice often add Chipotle Dragon Drizzle as well. Yes! Two Dragon Drizzles!
The Whole Hog
We slow roast our pork for a minimum of 12 hours and then pull it by hand and mix in some of our barbeque sauce. Add in strip bacon, crumble bacon, and smoked mozzarella with our barbeque sauce on top and it's no wonder people love this pizza!
The Smokey
A beautiful combination of our pepperoni, strip bacon, crumble bacon and smoked mozzarella finished off with our signature barbeque sauce.
The Mango Tango
The creation of this pizza fed over 900 people. We had a fundraiser event with an 'Iron Chef' theme. The secret ingredient was mango and this was the winning pizza. We kept it on the menu. Hot peppers, red onions, mango, chicken and garam masala with tomato sauce create this delicious pizza that blends sweet, hot, tang and fragrant garam masala.
Brisket
Our brisket is slow roasted for a minimum of 12 hours until it's melt in your mouth tender. We then add caramelized onions and our hand grated cheese blend of Cheddar, Asiago, Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheese, finished off with our signature barbeque sauce.
Prosciutto & Arugula
Nothing says Italian like prosciutto and arugula. The salt-cured, air-dried Italian ham is gently placed on top of the gooey mozzarella and bocconcini pizza, then layered with fresh arugula and a sweet balsamic glaze to compliment the salt and tang. This is the one pizza we have where I would not recommend a Dragon Drizzle. It's best served with its true Italian flavours shining through.
Margherita
Simple but glorious this pizza has freshly shredded mozzarella, bocconcini, in house tomato sauce and fresh basil. You can truly taste the quality of the dough, cheese and sauce in every bite. Delicious!
The Mediterranean
Wildly popular this pizza has sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives and feta cheese.
The Fresh Greek
Fresh baby spinach, fresh cut tomatoes, artichokes and feta cheese topped with our in house tomato sauce. If you like cilantro, it's the best Dragon Drizzle on this pizza.
The Green Dragon
There's lots of vegetables in this pizza! Oven roasted mushrooms, fresh cut green peppers, roasted red peppers and our large whole green olives.

Our take on a classic burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, caramelized onions, with Garlic and Classic Dragon Drizzle on top. Yes, there is an option to add cheese, bacon, or cheese and bacon.
